Falta voz.
Esconde-se, tímida, atrás da alma.
The voice is missing.
It hides, shyly, behind the soul.

She thought she was invisible as she walked through the shadows.
But in truth it wasn't her image that was invisible.
No.
It was her soul.
That soul that was written and at the same time erased itself.
With an eraser of shame and disbelief.

Olho ao fundo e encontro a finitude do infinito.
I look deep inside and find the finitude of infinity.
I forget where I came from, unaware of where I am going.
I was and am what I will no longer be.
But I will be part of what I have always been.
I just need to not lose it.
And, in losing it, remember
The children we were, walking toward what we would become.

E ela chorou, chorou, chorou.
Come pão, pensa o narrador.
And she cried and cried and cried.
Until her tears dried up, and with them her soul.
In a death that had always been foretold, but never desired.
Eat some bread, thinks the narrator.
It might push the pain into the dark hole from which it should never have emerged.

Infinitos.
In my daydreams I think about how blue life can be.
Blue sky and blue water.

Someone told me the other day that in order to forgive the one they loved, they needed to touch. To see. To feel. I can't accept that Love, because it's invisible, ceases to exist. It's precisely because it's invisible that it becomes giant, weightless. And it lives inside us, overflowing, without hurting us. And so it becomes subtly visible. This transparent Love.

I wish it would rain everyday. Only then I would see the nostalgia of umbrellas that, gallop, around the streets, outside.
