Espanta -me a confusão
de errar caminhos
já tão percorridos,
mas enxergar com tanta precisão
as pupilas nos olhos dos passarinhos.
I'm amazed at the confusion
of going off the beaten track
so many times traveled,
but to see with such precision
the pupils in the eyes of birds.
