A registar ondas, intervalos e variações
E um ritmo sinusal descoordenado
Que ias lendo num gráfico natural
Cheio de impulsos elétricos
E possíveis patologias futuras
A prevenir entupimentos de artérias ou enfarte do miocárdio
Pelo amor.

I let my heart beat between your fingers
I woke up inside it in the middle of the night
Triggered
Full of ventricular extrasystoles
And a galloping arrhythmia
You were leaning over me
To settle down against your chest
Writing it on an electrocardiogram in the palm of your hands in square layout
With vertical and horizontal lines
And electrodes on my chest
Recording waves, intervals and variations
And an uncoordinated sinus rhythm
That you were reading in a natural graph full of electrical impulses
And possible future pathologies
Preventing clogged arteries or heart attack
For love.
