A Pausa
Regras a observar.

[The break
Rules to observe.
1. All kind of effort is prohibited. Adopt a comfortable position where you feel totally relaxed. If you feel your legs, arms, or any kind of muscle, no matter how small, it means you haven't reached your sweet spot. Stretch out, spread, and plant yourself in a happy place.
2. Refrain from any kind of thinking. Closing your eyes can help, but it's not enough. The goal is to turn off. Put your brain in flight mode and let your heart take the lead.
3. Don't talk. Listen. The only noise present must be the sound of silence. Listen to what he has to say to you.
If you still find it difficult to relax, take inspiration from the duck. Which, depending on the situation, walks, flies, or swims. But is an expert in the art of preserve himself. After all, why run when you can slide?]
